Under the tentative data, the iPAQ hw6500 will be powered by the Intel XScale PXA27x 520 MHz processor and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition and support GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. It will feature a 3.2 240x240 TFT screen, QWERTY-keyboard, SDIO and miniSD slots, Bluetooth interface, NMEA-compatible GPS receiver and a 1.3-Mpx camera (also expected the version without the camera).
